  • Tap "Open" to launch the application

Enter the Host URL

  • Enter the Host URL provided by your ISP
  • Example: https://{your-isp}.mikrometer.co.ke
  • Ensure your device is connected to the internet
  • Tap "Save" to proceed to login

Login to Your Account

  • Enter the Username provided by your ISP
  • Enter the Password provided by your ISP
  • These credentials are unique to your account
  • Tap "Login" to access the application
